For this, we chose a very deep 19-year-old Pays d'Auge calvados. It was left for 5 months in 8 of these barrels for a limited edition of 2130 bottles. Eight barrels of Drouin calvados were exchanged at Springbank.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"The Experimental range from Christian Drouin allowed us to initiate, 5 years ago, a journey through the most beautiful spirits distilleries. We explored the association of our Pays d'Auge Calvados with iconic brands for which we have the greatest respect. Springbank is a distillery among the most esteemed by connoisseurs. It then evolves into aromas of plum and clafouti with slightly earthy accents. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe palate is rich, opulent, structured, marked by toasted notes.
