The whole vineyard has been farmed organically since 2005 and certified by Ecocert from the 2013 vintage, and every grape, from Petit Chablis up to the Grands Crus, is picked by hand.\n\nThe Petit Chablis comes from a parcel on the plateau just above the Grand Cru hill, near Valmur and Vaudesir, on Portlandian limestone. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel. The domaine says the site gives wines more about fruit than structure. Neal Martin found the 2025 fragrant with lime, citrus and a touch of nectarine, with a tangy, finely acidic palate and a lively finish.
