The estate is farmed biodynamically, and Le Bouquet des Garrigues is one of its historic Cotes du Rhone cuvees.\n\nThe 2022 is 70% Grenache and 15% Syrah, with the rest Mourvedre, Carignan and Counoise, grown on clay soils with round pebbles in the Le Coudoulet and Les Garrigues lieux-dits, right on the border of Chateauneuf. Most of the fruit is destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, with 20% made by carbonic maceration in whole clusters. It is then aged for 24 months, 60% in concrete and 40% in foudres.
