APPEARANCE
Cherry red with a fine sparkling bead.
BOUQUET
A complex nose of red cherry, raspberry, plum and fruit cake combined with spicy notes such
as cinnamon, vanilla, toasted nuts and chocolate.
PALATE
A smooth, juicy palate of raspberry, red cherry and strawberries and cream
completed with rich christmas cake, milk chocolate and roasted nuts. The finishes
clean with crunchy tannins and balanced acidity.
BLEND
72% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc.
