Palate: Medium-bodied and oily. Clean coastal peat with hints of kelp, sea spray, dried fruits (like grapes and apricot), gray pepper, cumin spice, and a silt-like earthy texture .

Finish: Moderately long, featuring salted butter caramel, coffee, chocolate praline, and an iodine-mineral echo beneath the lingering peat
