Lamberti Amarone picked in the middle of October, the healthiest grape bunches are selected and left to dry up naturally for 100 days in dry and well ventilated places. In January the dried grapes are fermented and vinified. This results in a warm, rich and powerful wine with a complex bouquet of fruit preserve and raisins.
