Deep garnet robe. Red fruit aromas (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry) and a subtle touch of kirsch. This seductive wine is round in the palate.

 

Serving temperature: If you choose to enjoy it young, it will be fruity and should be served at the temperature of your

taste. If you would prefer to enjoy it with more body after a few years’ cellaring, it will give of its best when served at around 16 to 18° C.

Cellaring: between 1 and 8 years. Alc. by Vol.: 13°. Serving suggestions: starters like terrines or salads, poultry, beef or game in sauce and good cheeses.
