The fruit for this wine is handpicked from our older vines. The wine is named in honor of Valerie Friend as a co-founder of Narkoojee. The Valerie series is reserved for small parcels of supreme quality wines. It was fermented by indigenous yeasts and matured in new and one year old French oak hogsheads. This is a beautifully balanced, intense and complex wine with a lovely creamy texture and natural mineral acidity.

Bouquet: Superbly complex showing citrus and white stone fruit with flinty notes, cucumber,almond and spicy French oak

Flavor: Lemon Citrus and white stone fruit with plain yogurt, a touch of peapod and spicy French oak

Texture: Intense, balanced and complex with a creamy texture, outstanding length and a flinty acidity
Alcohol: 13.5%
