This is a pinot noir of exceptional quality from the excellent 2021 season. The Valerie series is made from carefully selected, small parcels of supreme quality wine and named in honor of Valerie Friend as co-founder of Narkoojee. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts and a portion matured in new French oak hogsheads. It has intense flavor, excellent balance, great length and complexity.

Color: Dark cherry with a touch of crimson
Bouquet: Black cherry and dark plum with mushroom, black olive a touch of violets and spicy French oak
Flavor: Black cherry and dark plum, black olive, forest floor, a touch of tobacco leaf and spicy French oak

Texture: Intense and complex with perfect balance, a long finish and a mineral acidity
Alcohol: 13.5 %
