This Pinot Blanc is a blend of 70% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc. It shows an excellent fruitiness underlined with a nice refreshing acidity. Ideal to drink as a reception wine or with sea-food, fishes and light meals, ideal pour by the glass.
Attractive aromas of caramelized pear and summer meadows are married to lively citrusy acidity on the medium-bodied palate. Very refreshing and animating finish. Everything fits neatly.
