Building on the foundation of last year’s JP Edition, now elevated with a higher proof and the freshest 2024 harvest. Second Giru Cane Sprit is crafted again from local sugarcane, cut and crushed in paddock in the spring of 2024. Bottled overproof at British Navy (Coral Sea) Strength, only 600 limited edition bottles were filled.
Tasting Notes: Traditional French Caribbean aromatics, presenting a heady aroma of cut grass, sea and minerality, and a smooth palate of salt and aniseed. Fullbodied, with nice viscous heat on the aftertaste.
