This wine is a blend of 70% cabernet and 30% merlot grapes that were whole bunch pressed and fermented in older French oak barriques using 100% wild yeasts. This is an ideal wine for al fresco dining, showing lovely aromas of quince and orange blossom with a lively acidity.


Color: Brilliant salmon pink
Bouquet: Floral notes of cumquat and orange blossom and spicy French oak
Flavor: Mandarin, quince and cumquat with a touch of black tea and spicy French oak
Texture: Intense and textural with a long, refreshing mineral acidity
