We aim to make a Rose with personality. A wine that has bright fruit flavors and a textured palate. To achieve this style, we tank ferment three quarters of the juice at low temperatures, which allows the aromas and fresh fruit flavors to develop. The remaining 25% juice is barrel fermented with wild yeast, which adds texture and complexity.
It has lifted aromas of summer berry fruits, with hints of spice. It’s precise, pure and bone dry, with a vibrant, juicy palate full of luscious cherry and blueberry fruit. It has a fine-grained texture, and a firm dry finish.
