Opens with lemon & lime notes with delicate orange blossom perfume. On the palate, tight lemon, lime with a light tropical sherbet flavour. Quite a layered mid palate. Lovely line of lively natural acidity gives the persistence & length. Beautifully balanced Riesling, a very precise example of Watervale fruit.
