Subtle red fruits meet savoury elements. Layers of pomegranate, watermelon, raspberries, and ruby grapefruit combine with the subtle sweet spice of cinnamon and nutmeg. Floral notes of rose petal and violets provide lift and energy. The palate is highly textural, contoured and layered. There is flesh with vibrancy through the middle.
