One of the most authentic recipes created by distilling a mixture of rigorously selected plants such as wormwood, green aniseed, star anise, fennel, gentian or even mugwort.
The natural color of the 72% vol. Amer Abisinthe® is created through plant infusion.
An absinthe from Distillerie Lemercier Frères with a gentle bitterness, a herbal bouquet and a slight taste of aniseed.
Fine, fresh, rich and powerful, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, diluted with sugar dissolved in water, or as a digestif on ice.
