St James Rum Reserve 43% 700ml Most rum is made from molasses. In the French West Indies, rum is made by fermenting, then distilling pure sugar cane juice. This Rum is a result of blends from Jamaica, Trinidad Barbados, Guyana, Guadeloupe and Martinique. What makes it unique is that its made from 100% sugar cane juice, a rarity for non French rums, then matured in oak cask for 3 years. Vanilla aromas, fruity notes, oak and a touch of caramelized banana on the finish. A true Caribbean Blend, made in the French manner.
