Castel del Monte is produced from Nero di Troia and Agliianco grapes, resulting in a rich ruby to garnet colouring, and a full and fragrant bouquet. Grown in vineyards that reach almost 450m above sea level that experience cold winters and mild summers, this soft flavouring is the perfect accompaniment to red meat, roast, game and spicy cheeses.
