Marcs & Grappa

Marc-Grappa is a liquor distilled from Pomace. It is called marc in both English and French, but "grappa" in Italian. In Spanish it is called orujo. Alcohol derived from pomace is also used as the traditional base spirit of other liquors, such as some anise-flavored spirits. Unlike wine brandy, most pomace brandies are neither aged nor coloured.

At Liquor Wine Cave, we value the unique and complex flavours of Marcs & Grappa. These spirits are made from the leftover grape skins, seeds, and stems after the wine-making process, resulting in a bold and intense flavour profile. Marcs & Grappa are typically distilled in copper stills, which helps to preserve the natural flavours and aromas of the grapes.

We believe that Marcs & Grappa are a true representation of the terroir and climate of the vineyard where the grapes were grown. Each bottle of Marcs & Grappa is a unique expression of the grapes and the winemaking process, making them a perfect addition to any liquor collection.

Whether you prefer a smooth and mellow Grappa or a bold and fiery Marc, we have a wide selection of Marcs & Grappas from around the world to suit your taste. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality spirits, and Marcs & Grappa are no exception.
