Tasting note
Dumangin’s signature approach: selecting Penderyn whisky for its clean fruit profile, then elevating it with Champagne-inspired wine cask finishing. The result is a yoghurt-like silkiness, vibrant fruit layers, and refined oxidative depth.
Nose: Orchard fruits (ripe pear, grape), honeyed vanilla, shortbread, gentle spices; layered with subtle Champagne-like grape and floral notes.
Palate: Lush and smooth—notes of baked apples, grape, honeyed citrus; creamy texture from the wine cask.
Finish: Lingering fruit sweetness, soft tannic dryness, delicate exotic hints (nectarine, feijoa), finishing with a restrained elegance reminiscent of cognac-style spirits

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
