Old Stables is an introduction to the Old Kempton house style. It is a very approachable whisky suited to all types of drinkers and matches well with food. The whisky draws on the Old Kempton spirit style of fruity and floral flavours balanced with a rich malt and utilises all cask types to produce a well rounded and consistent whisky from release to release.
Cask Type: Combination of cask types, principally Port (Tawny), Pinot, Bourbon, and Sherry (Apera)
Age: No age statement. Combination of 20L and 100L casks means it is a mix of ages.
