Spirits carrying a 1972 date were distilled in that year and have matured ever since. Handing someone a bottle stamped with the year they were born turns a 54th birthday present into something they will keep rather than finish in a week.

Each vintage comes from one harvest and one distillation, never a blend, and the supply behind each one is a single cask. When it is empty, the year closes. If 1972 is unavailable, email orders@liquorwinecave.com.au about other years.
