Tasting note
Bertrand Sureau is a refined expression of elderberry tradition in Alsace, soft, gentle, and aromatic without excessive sweetness. The use of both juice and flower imparts an exotic floral profile that's very drinkable, ideal for sipping neat or in light, refreshing cocktails.
Aroma (Nose): Delicate and soft floral bouquet, evoking elderflower freshness with exotic overtones reminiscent of litchi and rose.
Palate (Taste): Suave and sweet, but well-balanced floral and fruity character with subtle herbaceous notes. The combination of flower and berry yields a gently exotic acidity.
Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering floral-fruity nuance light, slightly acidic yet approachable texture.
Delivery information

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
