Tasting note
Belle de Brillet is the pear liqueur from Maison Brillet, pairing the fruit of Williams pears with Brillet cognac. It is made from just four ingredients: pear eau-de-vie, cognac, water and a vanilla sugar made with fresh Madagascar vanilla. There is no caramel, no added flavouring, no colouring and no neutral alcohol.
Brillet says it takes the equivalent of 18 pears to fill one 700ml bottle, which is finished at 30%.
Tasting. Intense, ripe pear up front, with the more delicate complexity of cognac underneath.
Serving. Pour it over ice before or after dinner, or use it in cocktails. A splash in a glass of sparkling wine also works well.

Delivery information

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
