Tasting note
Apricot with the stone left in the flavour, which is what makes this useful rather than merely sweet. The aroma is delicate and fruity with an almond note that comes from the kernel, and the palate is pulpy and full, like biting into ripe fruit, before that same almond note closes it.
At 24 per cent it is sweet but not cloying, and the kernel character is what stops it going flat in a shaken drink. An apricot sour is the direct use: forty five millilitres of vodka or a light gin, twenty five of this, twenty of lemon juice, egg white if you want the texture, shaken hard.
It is equally at home in the kitchen. Brush it over a warm almond tart, fold it through whipped cream, or spoon it over poached stone fruit. Over ice at the end of a meal is the low effort version. 500ml at 24 per cent.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
