Tasting note
Grosperrin No 35-41 Grande Champagne is an old cognac from the first cru, bottled by the Grosperrin house at Saintes without additives.
Grosperrin does not distil. Jean Grosperrin bought a few casks of old cognac in 1999 and began bottling them with their story and their age disclosed, which at the time was almost unheard of in a region built on blending. His son Guilhem has run the house since 2004 and continues to seek out old spirit from small growers and family collections, bottling each lot separately and at its natural strength. Grande Champagne is the innermost cru of Cognac, on the chalkiest soils, and the one whose spirits age longest.
Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, after dinner.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
