Tasting note
Nose: Zesty orange and lemon, honeyed apricot, crisp apple, vanilla fudge, and cinder toffee. Vanilla and apple, subtle baking spices, and a touch of toffee. Apple, honey, hay, almond, mint, red vinegar, oak.
Palate: Silky soft buttered popcorn, butterscotch, maple syrup, candied pineapple, honeyed cereal, and floral vanilla. Smooth and creamy, like custard with warming spices. Bright, straightforward sweetness with a balancing bitterness, notes of green grape candy, vanilla, hay, almond skin, and oak.
Finish: Turkish Delight, vanilla shortbread, lemon sponge, toffee, and mellow sweet oak. Creaminess that lingers. Honey, sugar, oak, hay, and a watery texture that disappears quickly
