Tasting note

Carn Mor Strictly Limited is the independent bottling range of the Morrison family's Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, drawing casks from distilleries across Scotland and bottling them without chill filtration or added colour. This single cask was distilled in 2017 at Linkwood in Speyside, a distillery known for elegant, floral and orchard fruit spirit. It spent eight years in a Tokaji wine cask, the sweet wine of Hungary's Tokaj region, before bottling in 2026. The cask adds rich, sweet fruit on top of Linkwood's gentle character: juicy sultanas, ripe tropical fruit and fresh green apple. Only 228 bottles were filled, at 51.2%.
