Tasting note
A boldly packaged 10 Year Old Rum matured exclusively in ex-bourbon cask that bears the company name, and reminds us of the Rum making heritage of the family. The Rum was recently increased from a presentation strength of 43% (which is a fairly typical Barbadian bottle strength) to 46% ABV. This increase allows a greater delivery of flavour and has been received extremely well. It also gives a further point of difference in the marketplace.
This is a quintessential Barbados Rum in terms of taste profile. The distinctive packaging is said to resemble an old leather bottle and easily commands a standout position on the back bar.
Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
