Tasting note
This is an amaretto built for the bar. Vedrenne designed it as a cocktail liqueur for professional bartenders, so the almond flavour is concentrated enough to hold its own once mixed. It is made by Vedrenne in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, and bottled at 25% in a 700ml bottle.
Colour. Bright, glossy golden amber.
Nose. Sweet, fruity almond with a frangipane scent.
Palate. Round and elegant, unmistakably almond, with a vanilla finish.
Using it. Reach for it wherever amaretto is the point of the drink: shaken into an amaretto sour, stirred through a hot coffee, or poured over ice after dinner. New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
