Appearance
Crystal clear and colorless, this grappa shows brilliant transparency — a hallmark of quality distillation and careful filtration. The clarity also reflects its youth and unaged nature (no wood contact), preserving the authentic character of the grape pomace.
Nose (Aroma)
Delicate and elegant on the nose, the grappa opens with gentle floral notes and a clean, vinous character. Hints of white flowers (jasmine, elderflower) mingle with a whisper of green apple and a subtle herbal freshness. There's a faint note of grape skin and citrus zest that gives a refreshing lift. No harsh alcohol fumes — instead, it's smooth and well-rounded.
Palate (Taste)
On the palate, it is surprisingly smooth and well-balanced, especially for a grappa. The initial sip delivers a soft warmth that spreads evenly across the tongue without burning. It carries flavors of:
