Tasting note
Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters is an aromatic cocktail bitters that the Fee family rest in whiskey barrels at their Rochester, New York house.
Fee Brothers has been making bitters, cordials and syrups in Rochester since the 1860s and is now run by the fifth generation. This is the bottle that put the modern range on the back bar: an aromatic base given time in whiskey wood, which softens the spice and adds a rounder, oakier depth than a standard aromatic. It is bottled at 17.5% ABV, one of the higher strengths in the range.
Use it wherever you would use an aromatic bitters. It is at its best in an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan or a Sazerac.

"Bitters" means two different things: dash bottles used a few drops at a time, and bitter liqueurs poured by the glass.
Delivery information

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
