Tasting note
Alejandro Saperavi 2020 is an Australian red made from Saperavi, a Georgian variety still uncommon here.
Saperavi is one of the very few teinturier grapes in commercial use, meaning its flesh is red as well as its skin, which is why the wine comes out almost opaque and holds so much colour. It is also naturally high in acid, so despite the depth it keeps a savoury line rather than tasting jammy. Georgia has grown it for thousands of years; a small number of Australian growers now do too.
Serve at cool room temperature with grilled red meat, lamb or a rich stew.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
