Tasting note
Brocken Spectre Summer Gin is an Australian gin built around saffron, 100% grown in Tasmania. The saffron goes into the finished gin at full strength and stays for a few days, until its stamens have turned completely white, when they are strained out. No colouring is ever added.
The gin that carries the saffron starts as a grape based spirit, left overnight with 16 aromatics and then distilled again. Among them are juniper and coriander seed, lemon myrtle and strawberry gum, star anise and vanilla bean. It is vegan and bottled unfiltered.
The distiller's own suggestion is a good tonic with fresh chillies and thyme. There are more gins in our gin collection.

Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
