Tasting note
Depaz Vintage 2010 is made from the 2010 harvest. This unique rhum has been aged for more than 10 years in 11 selected American oak barrels. It has been aged for a second time for 18 to 24 months in 350L French red oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose : This amber rhum provides subtle aromas of honey, cardamom, marzipan, and candied tangerines with a woody touch. The nose ends with a blend of warm leather, resin, sandalwood, and cinnamon aromas.
- Palate : While the head aromas give spice flavours, the heart aromas bring a subtle balance thanks to fine wood flavours. This rich and complex rhum ends up with warm notes of candied exotic fruits.
- Serving suggestions : Depaz Vintage 2010 would be particularly enjoyable, accompanied by a fine cigar and a square of dark chocolate. It is also a particularly delicious accompaniment to grilled red grison meat. It is best served after aeration and a 5-minute rest.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
