Tasting note
Distilleria Negroni makes this amaretto at Mareno di Piave, in the province of Treviso, by macerating bitter almonds in alcohol and then adding vanilla pods and cocoa, which give the bouquet a particularly soft, elegant edge. It is bottled at 28%.
Tasting. A clear amber colour. The nose is intense and unmistakably bitter almond, and the palate is soft, with a lingering almond aftertaste.
