Tasting note
Eden Mill, the St Andrews distillery, brings a key beer ingredient into gin here. Galaxy hops join juniper, angelica and coriander, and the gin is bottled at 46% in a 500ml ceramic bottle.
Aroma. Zesty citrus and apricot, with coriander and floral tones up front and a light hoppy edge.
Palate. Soft tropical fruit over an undercurrent of juniper, then smooth hop character and fresh apricot, balanced by a crisp, refreshing bitterness. The mouthfeel is well rounded and fades gently on a light hoppy note.
Serve. In a G&T it gives a thick, rich finish; garnish it with lemon. For something more involved, try the Lady Dalton: shake the gin with crème de pêche, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and sugar syrup, and finish with an orange twist.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
