Tasting note
Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water is a premium mixer from the London company that reset the standard for tonic in the mid 2000s.
Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow founded Fever-Tree in 2004 on a simple argument: if three quarters of a gin and tonic is the tonic, the tonic should be as good as the gin. The name comes from the cinchona tree, known historically as the fever tree, which is the natural source of quinine and therefore of tonic water itself. The company builds its mixers on natural ingredients rather than artificial sweeteners.
Use plenty of ice, a tall glass and a fresh garnish. Keep the bottle cold before opening.
Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Cases ship as a single carton. The per-case price shown includes every bottle in the case.
