Tasting note
Vineyard peach is one of Gabriel Boudier's classic liqueurs. The Dijon house macerates the fruit in alcohol at high concentration, adds concentrated lemon juice for a little acidity, then dissolves the sugar cold, straight into the infusion. The aim, in Boudier's words, is the illusion of tasting a very juicy, flavourful peach. It is bottled at 18%.
Aroma. Velvety, fruity and gourmand, smelling of fruit ripened in the sun.
Palate. Creamy and rich, much like the texture of a ripe, juicy peach. A slight astringency is balanced by fruity and floral notes.
Ways to use it. It goes well with sparkling wine, dry white wine or sparkling water, and in cocktails. In desserts it makes a good topping for sorbet and lifts a fruit salad. Browse the rest of our fruit liqueurs.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
