Tasting note
Gabriel Boudier counts its elderflower liqueur among the most floral bottles in its range. The Dijon house makes it by macerating elderflowers, a method chosen to keep their pronounced floral bouquet intact, and bottles it at 18%.
Aroma. Pale yellow, with a subtle bouquet of fruity floral notes.
Palate. Refreshing and fruity.
Why it suits a bar. Boudier describes elderflower as a floral note with no equivalent among other flowers: a very pronounced opening, then aromas of peach, apricot and grape, with hints of honey and tea. That profile, the house says, is exactly what mixology looks for.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
