Williams pears harvested in the heart of summer.
After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills.
Our Williams pear brandy is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.
Colour: transparent, clear.
Nose: pure and refined, with notes of very ripe pears and freshly squeezed juice.
Palate: harmonious and textured, with flavours of grainy, juicy pear.
Finish: radiant and persistent.
