Tasting note
Fine and authentic, this gentian eau-de-vie combines power, richness and vivacity.
Derived from a yellow mountain flower, its root gives birth to the spirit, pairing a woody nose with fresh, subtle, earthy notes before continuing on an extreme length. Distinct from its fruit-driven cousins, it is a rare and powerful Alsatian digestif, superb served very cold or as a savoury cocktail base.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
