Tasting note
Michel Couvreur's Candid is a malt whisky with a floral, intense nose and a palate that is intense yet very mellow, marked by roasted almonds, a soft pungency and a gentle touch of peaty liquorice.
Behind that profile are four casks, selected and married together to keep the character consistent. Each is a 250 litre media bota thoroughly seasoned with Pedro Ximénez sherry, and the whisky, distilled in 2006, matured in the deep humidity of the house's cellars.

Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
