Tasting note
Naud's Monteru brandy gets a second life in sherry casks here. After a first period of ageing in oak, the brandy moves into casks selected by the Master Distiller in the Jerez region of Spain and brought back to the Naud cellars, and the Master Blender watches this second maturation closely so the sherry wood and the brandy's own character stay in balance.
Colour. Light golden brown.
Nose. Dried fig, walnut and menthol, with a hint of cocoa powder.
Palate. Dry and precise, carrying the sherry notes these casks are known for, with raisin, walnut and a herbal touch that recalls traditional vermouth.
Finish. Long, with toasted almond and dried herbs. More brandies are in our brandy collection.
Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
