Tasting note
By selecting this floral cognac, we wanted to highlight the finesse and lightness of the young XOs from the Bouteville terroir, representative of the excellence of Grande Champagne and our family style. The delicacy of aromas of iris, hyacinth and acacia is enhanced with warm, toasted and honeyed notes which reinforce its depth and intensity. Iridis is thus an invitation to taste the lightness of white flowers delicately enhanced by the Limousin oak barrel. The decor of this carafe reflects this spring universe, which combines vine flowers and vines. The carafe and its case juxtapose strength and softness, they come enhance the lightness of the aromas of white flowers and the sweetness of a note honeydew.
