Tasting note
This third opus from the Cellar Master’s collection makes homage in the most beautiful way possible to the “Grands Crus” of the Distillery. Marc SASSIER affirms “This straight-from-the-barrel offers the most vast aromatic palette SAINT JAMES, one of the best recent vintages.
Dark mahogany. Beautiful aromatic richness without aggressiveness despite the degree. The attack seduces with the fragrance of the kernel of nut. The old wood carries the whole and evolves towards spicy and cocoa notes. The attack is warm with a present woodiness. Spices carry the whole and fade in favor of the fruits candied like an old brandy. Distilled in a traditional Creole column. Aged and bottled in our cellars in Sainte-Marie. Barreled 12/12/2006 in 200L American oak barrels. 15 years, without reduction or equipment. Light filtration. Collector's series limited to 4910 bottles, sold in a case.
Delivery information

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended unless you have given an authority to leave.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
