Tasting note
Profil 107 is part of Neisson's "profils de chauffe", AOC rhum agricole from Martinique aged under wood for 12 to 24 months, with each profile defined by how its casks were toasted. With the cooper World Cooperage, Neisson uses American oak casks of under 650 litres, heated by bousinage, a technique that plays on time and temperature to bring out the aromas of the wood. It follows Neisson's Profil 105.
The cane. Neisson grows its sugar cane on the north Caribbean side of the island, on little weathered, sandy clay soils of volcanic pumice from Mont Pelée, with strong sunshine, low rainfall and a wide swing between day and night temperatures in the harvest season.
Tasting. Roasted coffee and toasted cocoa, wrapped in stewed fruit, spice and green and grey pepper.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
