Cherries in liqueur are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, made it possible to preserve the surplus harvest. The preparation of our cherries has remained artisanal: the flavor of the fresh fruit is preserved, slightly enhanced with a touch of kirsch and as sweet as you want. A natural recipe, 100% fruit, a little treat to peck with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your pastries.
