Tasting note

Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coconut Cream is a liqueur rather than a rum, and the difference matters when you are deciding what to do with it.

Silky and sweet on the palate, it opens with rich dairy cream and moves through fresh and toasted coconut before finishing on sweet rum with nutmeg and cardamom behind it. Made with real dairy cream and naturally gluten free. Bottled in 750ml.

Serve it well chilled over ice, pour it over vanilla ice cream, or use it where a recipe calls for a cream liqueur and you want coconut instead of chocolate. It also works in an espresso martini alongside the Shipwreck Coffee.

Part of the Shipwreck range. More in liqueurs.
