Tasting note
Distillerie du St. Laurent makes this maritime gin in small batches at Rimouski, on the lower St. Lawrence in Quebec. Botanicals from around the world are steam infused in a basket shaped like an old diving helmet, and the gin is then slowly macerated with kelp, hand harvested in the Bas-Saint-Laurent.
The botanicals are juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, cassia bark, liquorice root, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, grains of paradise, cubeb and kombu kelp.
In the glass. Herbal and floral at first, then pine forest, pastry, citrus and a peppery edge. The kelp, also called Neptune's belt, gives the gin its characteristic greenish tint and a soft mineral finish with a slight iodine note.

Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
